Vocational Guidance offers the guidance young people and adults need to make decisions about their educational and professional future in a more conscious and confident way. Through interviews and specific assessment tools, it is possible to understand each person’s professional values, interests, aptitudes and personality traits.

The process takes place in three stages: an initial interview, the assessment and, finally, the discussion of the results with a written report. The final decision rests solely with the person seeking the assessment.
