Data collected and purposes
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are collected, for the sole purpose of replying to your request for information or appointment. When you contact me by phone or email, the data you share are used only for that purpose.
Data processed in the course of psychological support are subject to professional secrecy under the Code of Ethics of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association and applicable law, and are not processed through this website.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention
Requests sent through the form are kept for 12 months after the last contact, unless a therapeutic process begins, in which case they become part of the clinical record.
Recipients
Data are neither sold nor passed on to third parties. They are processed only by the technical providers needed to run the website: the web host (Amen / Register.IT, in the European Union) and Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the form against automated submissions and involves the transmission of technical data to Google, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
This website uses only the technical cookies required for it to work and the Google reCAPTCHA cookies on the contact form. No advertising cookies are used.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase them, to restrict or object to their processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, simply write to psi@dianamoreno.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
